These terms apply to the Noi Bai transit tour service provided by Công ty Cổ phần Du lịch và Dịch vụ Hy Vọng (UBUK). By ticking "I agree" when booking, the customer confirms they have read and accepted the terms below.

1. Scope of service

The service includes transfers between Noi Bai airport and the sights, a guide, entrance tickets and the food/drinks listed in the itinerary. It does not include personal expenses, tips, visa fees (where charged separately) or services not listed in the itinerary.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are per person in VND, by traveller type (adult / child / infant) based on age on the tour date.
  • Full payment is due before the deadline stated in the confirmation email. Unpaid bookings are cancelled automatically after the deadline.
  • A tour is confirmed only once UBUK has received full payment and, where required, the authorities have approved entry.

3. Entry clearance and documents

  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the passport and flight details they provide and for carrying the required documents.
  • If the authorities do not approve a traveller's entry, UBUK refunds that traveller's tour price (excluding any visa fee already paid).

4. Cancellation, changes and refunds

  • Unpaid bookings: cancel free of charge on the booking look-up page.
  • Paid bookings: send a cancellation request on the look-up page or via the hotline; UBUK refunds manually to the account you provide. The refund amount depends on when you cancel, as advised by UBUK on confirmation.
  • UBUK may cancel a departure for reasons beyond its control (weather, traffic, decisions of the authorities, etc.) and will refund 100% or move you to another departure if you agree.

5. Flight delays and limitation of liability

  • UBUK is not liable when a delayed or rescheduled arriving flight prevents a traveller from joining the tour; UBUK will try to move the traveller to another suitable departure.
  • Travellers who leave the group or do not follow the guide's timing instructions are responsible for any missed onward flight.
  • The guide may adjust or shorten the programme to make sure travellers return to the airport on time.

6. Personal data

UBUK collects names, dates of birth, nationalities, passport numbers, flights and contact details solely to operate the tour and arrange entry with the authorities, under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15. Passport numbers are masked after the necessary retention period. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data via the UBUK hotline or email.
